The former Playboy model took to her Instagram Stories on Monday to share a cozy snap of her art studio, simply captioned: “Home.”

The image revealed a corner of her creative space in Cave City, Kentucky, filled with art, antiques, and natural light.

The U.S. Sun previously revealed that Leticia owns a commercial property empire worth nearly $200,000.

In July 2021, she purchased two suites in a 6,000-square-foot brick building in her hometown of Cave City for $110,000.

The sales deed lists potential uses for the space, including a restaurant, recreation bar, or lounge.
Right next door is her already operating bar, The Dive.

Mike Wolfe & Robbie May Be Ready to Retire
As the most recent season of American Pickers struggles with declining ratings, an insider revealed to The U.S. Sun that Mike and his brother Robbie may be preparing to step away from the show.

“I don’t know how long the show will last,” a friend of Mike’s said.
“They’ve been doing this for 12 years. It’s a strain on your life. Some days you love it — some days you don’t. That’s just the reality of any job.”
