Galyna Saltkovska’s Opulent Las Vegas Birthday Party’s Guest List Included the McBees (PHOTOS)

The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys’ Galyna Saltkovska just celebrated her birthday, and suffice it to say, it will be one she never forgets.

The Missouri-based CFO of McBee Farm & Cattle Co. had a lavish birthday bash over the BravoCon 2025 weekend (Saturday, Nov. 15) at Las Vegas’s new BOA Steakhouse. There to join Galyna for another victory lap around the sun were several from the McBee family, including brothers Steven McBee Jr. (joined by his new girlfriend, Allie Eklund), Jesse McBee, and Cole McBee.

The Bravoleb-studded event also included Galyna’s BFF Alexis Bellino and her husband John Janssen of The Real Housewives of Orange County; The Valley’s Luke Broderick and Jesse Lally; The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Margaret Josephs and Joe Benigno; The Real Housewives of Miami’s Julia Lemigova; and Dr. Heavenly Kimes of Married to Medicine.

The group dined on shared appetizers and plates, and to amp up the glam factor, each guest received an engraved jewelry dish placecard personalized for them as well as comfy PJs. The event was decorated with dramatic flair thanks to a tablescape with green and deep-purple florals. Galyna later shared about the event that “it was so special for me that all of my friends that I’ve met throughout my time on Bravo would take time out of their busy BravoCon schedules to celebrate my birthday.”

Galyna was still feeling the love days after the party was over. “Still floating from the most beautiful birthday dinner during BravoCon,” Galyna wrote when dropping a bunch of pics on Instagram. “Thank you to all my friends from across the Bravo world for taking time out of your crazy weekend schedules to celebrate with me.”

The businesswoman and mom of one has counted on friends, especially Alexis Bellino, to help her through some of the more challenging aspects of life. Less than a week after her former boyfriend, Steve McBee Sr., was sentenced to two years in federal prison over a multi-million-dollar crop insurance fraud conviction, Galyna took time out for the RHOC newlywed during the latter’s visit to her Missouri home state.

As Galyna stated in an Oct. 21 Instagram post, “After a week full of challenges and emotions, I found peace where it matters most, in the company of family and true friends.”

Alexis continued to support Galyna in the comment section, stating, “Girl, sometimes all ya need is some cheese soup and a fish sandwich from Hannibal,” adding two laughing emojis. “Love you and we will always find light in the tough emotions!!!! Fight on, baby girl.”

Galyna also found comfort in spending time with her daughter, law school student Erena Chaples.

With mere weeks before the family patriarch is due to surrender himself to federal authorities to serve his sentence on Dec. 1, Galyna continues to support her ex.

Following the sentencing hearing, in which Steve McBee Sr. was ordered to serve 24 months in prison and to pay $4,022,124 in restitution, Galyna joined the McBee brothers in sharing messages of support on social media. Galyna posted an excerpt from Theodore Roosevelt’s famous 1910 “Man in the Arena” speech. What’s more, despite Galyna and Steve Sr.’s messy relationship, Galyna reported in August that they still communicate daily.

“[I] definitely talk to Kristi [McBee] a lot. Talk to Steven, talk to Steve every day,” she told PEOPLE. “We obviously have businesses, and I developed a friendship with Kristi, for which I’m super grateful. Definitely always been a fan of Steven, kind of growing on the friendship with Steven.”
